You can find a very good list of useful UI mods Here. These are created using the open source information Blizzard provided. As always, make sure you scan any downloads for viruses, and don't download anything you aren't comfortable with. That being said, there are some good tools here (if your computer can handle them) so take a look! -Cadorna

Are these legal on WoW? I mean, we wouldn't get frozen for having them right?

Actually, they are pefectly legal in WoW - Blizzard actually was the one who chose to make the code public for the third-party developers to play around with. If you install any of these, you'll notice a little 'addon' button at the character login screen - it allows you to enable/disable addons as you see fit...and it was Blizzard that put that button in.
If any addon begins to allow behavior that Blizzard does not like, they will let us know and we can stop using it - I'll keep an eye out for it myself.
But as of now, all of these are allowed.
