I'm surprised with your's that you choose to not take improved tranquility or regrowth, it would seem those would be much more valuble than, say, natural shapeshifting or reflection...I mean 80% reduction on tranquility stacked with the other bonus makes it generate practically no threat, and a 50% bonus crit rate on regrowth? Sure the crit from regrowth only affects the instant heal amount, but that makes it about 50% more health than a healing touch, casts faster, and costs only a bit more mana. Also, I would say for Gaidus that it is really not worth it to put the points into Tranquil Spirit (if you are not getting innervate). Five talent points to save, what 88 mana now and less after the change. I do definatly agree that Nature's Swiftness is more valuble than Leader of the Pack, but I think I would need to play around a bit more with it. Here is one I was thinking about for the old druid; www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/druids2/talents.html?00000000000000005030521303002150505020050310000not finalized decision, just thoughts.

Tranquility has never generated aggro for me (due to over-time component I'd guess), also has that timer making it less worthwhile to me...thought about Improved Regrowth but wanted Improved Thorns for raid buffs and prefer consistent/predictable healing over crits anyhow (use Rejuvination and Healing Touch mostly myself, with Healing Touch it's easier not to overheal as with Regrowth, at least from my experience). May change my mind later though and try it out.
For the feral/resto spec, my biggest challenge when healing in feral or hybrid gear was mana, so focused on the mana related talents. If you have a full set of caster gear you can swap into that shouldn't be as much of an issue, that build would be great for it. The only other thing you might look at is in Feral line, Blood Frenzy and/or Primal Fury are great talents, would prefer these to Feline Swiftness myself (or even Feral Instinct).
If you plan to spend more time in cat perhaps drop the Thick Hide and drop into Blood Frenzy and elsewhere, if bear I'd go the other way and put Feline Swiftness points into Primal Fury (this is a great talent when used with Swipe). Hard with 30 pts. to cover both and get all you want!
Also, with expansion plan on 10 more points, so Innervate is possible unless you want to drop more into Feral. Of course that's off in the distant future so...

With expansion there won't just be 10 more points...there was a glitch earlier where warriors were given 10 more talent points...the results were, well, amazing. Warriors consistantly hitting for thousands of points of damage, taking on groups of ten other players (same level) in PvP and wining without much problem, etc. But, we'll see. As for bear vs cat...I use cat more when hunting solo, bear when in a group. Wanted Feral Instinct for the treat generation, but I honestly don't know how big a difference that makes (the stealth does make boss instance farming easier though ). I am considering removing Thick Hide in favor of other things, it seems harder to justify 5 talent points for basically <500 armor in bear form with a build so tight on them anyway.

Was reviewing the set bonuses for the new rogue and druid sets and am seriously thinking about putting together a 4/4 set between the two. The 4 piece set bonus for feralheart is chance on being hit of generating mana/rage/energy based on form, for the Darkmantle it's chance on attach of generating energy...imagine the two in combination while in cat form

If you mean the Dungeon 2 sets, the quests to get them are class-specific, so a druid can't get the rogue level 2 items.
