Anyone know if the big INT or SPI weapon enchants work on 1H weapons and off-hand items? Or the + to healing enchant as well I guess...

Anything specifically labeled as a 2 hand enchant doesn't work on a 1 hand. Nothing works on off-hand items that aren't weapons. 1-hand enchants work on 1 handed weapons and 2 handed weapons.

I know for a fact the +20 spirit, +15 strength, and +15 agility work on either. I believe the Intellect, Healing, and Spell Power do as well.
Either being, of couse, one or two handed weapons. Off hand items cannot be enchanted.

I do believe that all the top tier enchants do apply to all weapons, reguardless of hand number. As Threya said.
