But still good. Every so often I look back at what was on all those terrible mix-tapes we all used to make in the 80's and 90's before the advent of Cd's and MP3s. Sometimes you come across a song that is as powerful now as it was then. And though it shames me to admit it, H. W. Longfellow made a hell a good poem in the Song of Hiawatha. Anyhow, point is a guy named Mike Oldfield (yeah his music is older than I am...) chopped it to little bits, but made it string together to make something wonderful, not as wonderful and awe-inspiring as the original, but d**ned close. Anyhow, for those interested lyrics can be found here: www.song-teksten.com/song_lyrics/mike_oldfield/incantations/the_song_of_hiawatha_incantations_part_2/People should make music like this more often. Though it would never hit mainstream. d**n MTV and all their evils

Mike Oldfield is a great artist, I've been listening to his stuff for a long time. You've probably heard music from his album Tubular Bells...it was used in the original Exorcist.
