Are there any new plugins out there or have any drastically changed? Just trying to decide what to get downloaded and ready in case I get to reac soon.

Decal and many of the plugins have changed. They still have the same names, not really any new ones but they have different versions out. I would erase what you have and d/l the new ones.
With the self buffing changes I don't use a plugin for buffing myself anymore. I still use Bandit site if I am hunting for a particular item or monster. I also still use ACTrade for the trade bot. I haven't run a buff bot in several months and I am not sure if Castaway bot is still working.

At home I have a site bookmarked that has a nice listing of all decal plugins, you can take a look there and see what plugins have gone out of date, and which ones have been added.
