I know some of you knew we were expecting our second child in April (at least I know Randa knew), we'll she surprised us and came a bit early. 2 months early actually. She's doing fine however.
Kaitlyn Grace was born on 2/25 at 2:02 am. She currently weighs right at 4 pounds and is in ICU at West Virginia University Childrens Hospital. She's doing great, came out yelling and didn't need to be on a respirator or anything as they warned us she would. She's just too small and still developing a bit so we can't take her home yet. My wife and I spent 6 days sleeping in the hospital, then as soon as they discharged my wife, we've been staying in a hotel across the street so we can go see her daily. I can't wait to get her home and get our lives back to normal, but we're just thankful our new daughter is doing fine.

Congratulations Beastman! I'm glad to hear that she's doing so well considering being 2 months premature. Try to get some rest while you can, because you know you won't be when she comes home ;D

I am very happy that your daughter is doing so well. I know that had to be very scary for you all.
Hang in there and rest when you can! My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Randa
PS. The pic of Sean that I told you about is in the Randa's big news thread.
